    Put the skinny belt just below your chest to make it an empire waist, thus not interfering with the tiers. Lose the jeans, and wear a nice chunky nude heel with soft curly hair and light makeup. Beautiful!

    I dont think a belt would look weird if you place it exactly on one of the tiers. But I agree heavily with the Jeffery Campbell suggestion.

    I think it would be cute with some crazy Jeffrey Campbell booties. Belt would look awkward interfering with the tiers of the dress.
