    Roll the pants or change them and I dont think I would go with a white under shirt and black necklace. Try to match them either both black or both white.

    Cute, but I don't like the white top sticking out underneath - it draws all the attention to your hips. If the green top is too short to go without an undershirt, go with black and tuck the undershirt in.
