    For a friend's birthday night out

    Blue dress, tan belt, leopard pumps, yellow bracelt, and heart necklace. BTW, I'm not wearing my hair like this (just got out of the shower).

    Im not a huge fan of the belt. if you want to wear a belt, I suggest maybe a metallic color or dark neutral. As for the necklace, I think you should get a shorter one that is closer to the neck to draw more attention to your face/collar bone. The dress is
