    I'd wear one of those sheer oversized blouses over, a blazer, or a tuxedo jacket. A white one with a black lapel would look great. The blazer should have more of a bf fit. This is fun for layering but not by itself

    Oh, no, I wouldn't wear it either. But I saw once a girl who wore a bandeau over her T-shirt, that was a good party outfit. Maybe you can try it, it may look okay with a white or black top. But I'm pretty clueless, to tell the truth.

    i...wouldn't wear that...well if i were you i wouldnt.. I, myself, would kill the bandeau top if i wore salacious things like that in public

    Don't wear it by itself,...put a light tank or tee over it that you can see through. Or lace?
