    Black bra if not a cami and that's a tunic nit a dress so no shear tights. And you never listen to us so what's the point of asking for advice? No ones gonna comment on how hot you are when you don't know how to dress

    Wear a black bra. A chunkier necklace would look nice and maybe a metallic or bright colored handbag.

    I agree, you shouldn't be able to see your bra. Also, that's a tunic, not a dress... Therefore sheer tights do not suffice. Try leggings.
