Depends on the job but like other people said, you should at least wear black pants. But the outfit itself is good !

I love the look, but just make sure the office you're going to interview at is ok w jeans (and when in doubt swap with a black skirt or pants).

Nope. It's a cute outfit, but not dressy enough. I think you should always wear a suit to a job interview, unless that job is at a retail store and you want to dress to fit the brand.

Not at all. Google "dressing for a job interview". This is fine for hanging out with friends or a casual date but not one bit appropriate for a job interview.

Like chikiz said it depends on where your applying but I might change the pants to a khaki type pant in black instead of jeans :)
