    Last comment is great advise, however the undershirt does not work. It cheapens what could be a nice soft look

    This seems out of proportion to me. The hair is pulled so severely, & the over-sized earrings combine to make your head seem smaller. I'd loosen up the hair a bit, adding some volume, and go for smaller jewelry, for a better look.
