    You want a more structured dress to better show off your shape. Also, never wear tights. If it is cold, go for a pair of pants.

    You are cute, but curvy women should avoid wide horizontal stripes. This draws all eyes to your rump. Not where I'd want all eyes on me.

    I think maybe the combo of the super short length and loud thick horizontal stripes, makes you look very bottom heavy.
