    13 is NOT too young to wear make up! I'm 13 and wear make up and started when I was 11! And you need more make up like cover up and mascara on the top lashes only

    You're very pretty! I don't think that you need any make up though. The side part in your hair looks really nice. Two braids would look cute (think Pocahontas only shorter)

    I think I read your bio that your in Middle School, so you look fine. You don't need to wear a lot of makeup. Purse is way too small to be on your shoulder. Dress is cute.

    cute... the purse is too small for the whole outfit though.... ur too young to wear makeup and for your hair it might look pretty straightened and then curl the ends a little... then put a little bobby pin on the side... ik i do that a lot!
