    Personally, I'm not a fan of this trend. I like what you tried to do with the belt, however I feel like it would look better overall w/o it. Also, if the top wasn't quite as cut up and low. It makes the outfit a little too grungy.

    I would use more opaque tights and lose the belt because the top is too short for it.

    I don't like black tights with short blue jeans anyways, I think it makes things look a little too evocative. A thicker legging would make it better.

    You do need longer shorts. But I like the belt. The whole look is really cute for everyday :)

    the top half is good, but i would go with a slightly longer short since you can see the top of the tights and maybe a different shoe.
