    Perfect, I love the way this looks! The brilliant blue dress stands out against the black jacket and tights.

    I like the colors & the jacket is very nice. The dress is a bit too short, tho. The stark color change at the hem draws attention to that fact. Aim for a longer dress, or lighter stockings. Tan maybe?
