    I was thrift-storing and I found this, but I can't figure out what shirt to wear with it. Any and all advice would be helpful! P.S. Brutal honesty is A-OK.

    a girly white blouse with short white cap sleeves that are a little bit puffy? even a plain white singlet would look better than a black one. a long neckalces in a matching or contrasting colour would also look great.
