I would wear a Kelly green blazer and a lacy creamy white cami topped with a fun necklace with that color blue in it. I suggest pumps with this skirt instead of the chunky boots!

Lol, all these flip flop comments - its the same person under different names everytime- so ridiculous. This skirt is a great color! I'd say do a pump or even a peep toe heel with it & add some accessories to liven up the top- love the skirt!

Try a lighter top, sheer stockings if you must wear stockings, and definitely not boots!
