    The skirt needs to come higher on the waist so maybe a smaller size and the blouse needs to tuck in more to be more fitted and maybe a smaller size

    The skirt is fine. The tights are fine. Black shoes are better than tan. The top seems too big for the rest, tho. Aim for a more fitted top, for a better look.
