    Woah o.O This makes for a really pretty picture, but I'm not so sure about in real life. Maybe for a drama production?

    Use a lip base/prime, apply the colors side by side over the base and blend them with a lip brush. Use a clear top gloss but apply it up and down so the colors don't mud up.

    Itd be best to YouTube tutorial search the different portions of the eye then put them together yourself. The lip is easy, it can be done with lipstick or eyeshadow

    I'm not sure you realize how long it is to explain the eye portion of this. There is a cut crease, double winged liner, and massive mapping out of color placement here.
