You could totally do this business. Add a blazer and a slingback and do that 9 to 5!

The cap sleeve isn't great . Look at my comment for the blue.

Wear it with a short blazer and you can definitely wear it to work.

The dress is lovely on you, but I'm not really digging the cowl.

Yes, you could use this for business with a jacket and/or hoses and closed toed shoes. Hair up or back would be more of a business look too. Then take off the jacket and let done your hair for cocktails. Sexy!

Could be business with hose/tights, not alone.

if sleeveless is a bit much for your workplace (i know it is for mine), a cute shirt/blouse underneath might work.

Depends on how you accessorize and what shoes you wear with it.

I think it definitely goes both ways. It looks like the material is substantial.

Business. Yes. DO NOT need a cardigan or jacket over this. It's not this sexy whacked out dress. You can show your arms. It's not time to wear a Burqa.

Good for work with a cardigan or jacket over it. Then take the jacket or sweater off for drinks after work.

Can't tell how short it is on you based on the angle. If the length is ok then I think it is generally work appropriate.
