    Since you ordered sizes up, I'd keep it fitted on the bottom. Leggings if it's past the butt, skinny jeans if it's not. Patterned bottoms (like floral) or colored bottoms (like maroon) would be cute! And I'd wear some boots with it! Any kind would work.
