    Payless Shoesource has a blue bag that would match those heels exactly, if you don't already have one.

    @Rachel Sometimes it's good not to match the bag with the shoes I think. In this case I'd keep a different colored clutch bag.

    @cassygirl Thanks for commenting. I'm not bold enough to wear/own red heels and I was afraid neutral heels might be too boring :S
